I have stayed here before, and I will stay here again. Excellent location, Very clean unit. Host was friendly and accessible. Check in and check out instructions were clear and concise! 5 stars out of 5!

This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.
